Our house hazy is brewed with oats and wheat to give a full body and plenty of haze for those hop aromas to hang out in. A blend of new-world hops brings juicy notes of different fruits and subtle pine to keep things interesting.
American Pale Ale brewed with freshly harvested Cascade hops. Big hop aromas of citrus, fresh pine, and a balanced bitterness. Crisp and clean with Cascade, Citra, and Amarillo hops.
This double IPA is brewed with malted oats and flaked wheat for a smooth, soft body. Minimal bitterness and loads of citrus. Hopped with Elani, Motueka, and Simcoe hops. Look for orange, lemon, grapefruit, and some soft stonefruit and tropical notes in the background. (12 oz. pour)
We decided to stash away a small amount of one of our summertime favorites in a Sotol barrel, and let it age to perfection. This iteration of our mango lime lager remains zesty and refreshing, but with the added depth of barrel aging. Spicy, zesty, smooth, intriguing.

Oktoberfest is here, and that means that it's time for amber lagers! We brewed this year's festbier with local grain from Riverbend Malt Company. Expect bready notes with subtle herbal and spice notes. Slightly sweet caramel and ultra smooth amber lager with minimal hop character. Prost!
Our holiday Belgian ale is rich, malty, complex, and spicy. This beer evolves as you sip, and features eccentric Belgian yeast esters that compliment the star anise, clove, and cinnamon that we conditioned this beer on. This beer drinks easy and smooth for its high gravity, but helps keep a drinker warm. (12 oz. pour)
This rich porter is full bodied with layers of roasty malt character. Look for notes of freshly baked gingerbread, hot cocoa, and freshly baked cookies. Perfect for cozy winter nights.
This rich dark American ale is brewed with freshly harvested Cascade hops. Layered malt lends complexity while the subtle hoppyiness keeps the beer fresh and refreshing.
Served on nitro to make this brew extra smooth. Rich layers of dark malts deliver caramel, dark fruit, toffee, and light roast coffee notes. Minimally hopped, the barley is the star of the show. This beer pours a rich dark brown, almost mahogany hue.
COLLAB W/ The Creamy Spot
For this westside collaboration, we worked with our friends at The Creamy Spot. Aka, ATL's best vegan ice cream shop! We used The Creamy Spot's custom blend of cashew and oat milk ice cream base to richen up this chocolatey stout without adding lactose. We also threw in some sandwich cookies to give it that dessert yumminess. ALLERGEN WARNING: CONTAINS NUTS
Irish barley makes up this base of this brew, with a blend of roasted malts for character. Rich and robust dark roasted malt flavors dominate in this surprisingly drinkable dark ale. Served on nitro for a smooth and creamy mouthfeel. Slainte!
This stout is packed with layers of dark malt character. Cold conditioned on whole coffee beans to give the beer an aroma of freshly brewed coffee that pairs perfectly with the malt. (12 oz. pour)
This imperial strength quicksour has a refreshing tartness and full sweet body, accentuated with a bevvy of oats and lactose. Juicy and smooth, this dreamy sour is drenched in citrusy vanilla goodness. (12 oz. pour)
Classic hefeweizen brewed with pilsner and wheat malts, subtle noble hop presence with classic German hefe' yeast for that dry, spritzy, and refreshing brew with notes of banana and clove.
A gentle base of pilsner and wheat malt allows this slightly tart ale to shine with sweet dark cherry notes. Subtle Belgian yeast esters add complexity to this fruited ale.
This funky beer was brewed with a blend of farmhouse yeasts, one saison strain, and one brettanomyces strain, for a funky, zesty, spicy, flavorful profile. Lemon peel was added during the boil to up the zestyness of this brew. Extended conditioning time allowed the brett character to develop. (12 oz. pour)
