Easy drinking session IPA. Light bodied and low in alcohol to make it easy to have more than one of these tasty brews. American hops provide solid aroma without overpowering. A touch of oats gives the beer a pleasant mouthfeel. Strata and Mosaic hops come together for a tasty treat.
This India pale ale was fermented with lager yeast, and dry hopped twice during fermentation. Minimal malt character means the hop character in this beer truly shines. Dry, firmly bitter, and crisp. Comet, Citra, and Chinook deliver bright notes of dank, grapefruit, resin, and woodsy pine sap. (12 oz. pour)
This American pale ale brings a full malt character against a firm but not overpowering hop bitterness. Cascade, Loral, and Strata play together nicely to deliver notes of mixed fruits alongside compliments of earthen florals. Finishes clean and dry.
This double IPA is filled with southern hemisphere hops. Motueka, Nelson Sauvin, Galaxy, and a touch of Citra bring huge hop character to this brew. Expect tropical fruit aromas backed up by citrus notes. This heavy hitter is packed with oats and wheat to bring the body for a pillowy smooth mouthfeel. (12 oz. pours)
Our house hazy is brewed with oats and wheat to give a full body and plenty of haze for those hop aromas to hang out in. A blend of new-world hops brings juicy notes of different fruits and subtle pine to keep things interesting.
Crisp, clean, and smooth. This brown-amber hued lager has a delicate balance of malt flavor without being too sweet. Subtle noble hop presence maintains a balance without taking over the gentle malt notes.
It's back, and just in time for a hot ATL summer! Meech on the Beach is a pale lager brewed with pilsner malt and a touch of corn to emulate the type of beer that goes great with a lime wedge and a day on the beach. Inspired by our cellarman's travels to Columbia, this beer is brewed with fresh mangoes and lime zest to creat a refreshing tropical quencher!
Our core lager offering. American pilsner malt is paired up with American hops to provide a modern take on a classic style. American ingredients introduce a robust nature to this delicate lager. Snappy and floral, with slight notes of citrus. Go ahead, have another one...
COLLAB W/ The Creamy Spot
For this westside collaboration, we worked with our friends at The Creamy Spot. Aka, ATL's best vegan ice cream shop! We used The Creamy Spot's custom blend of cashew and oat milk ice cream base to richen up this chocolatey stout without adding lactose. We also threw in some sandwich cookies to give it that dessert yumminess. ALLERGEN WARNING: CONTAINS NUTS
Irish barley makes up this base of this brew, with a blend of roasted malts for character. Rich and robust dark roasted malt flavors dominate in this surprisingly drinkable dark ale. Served on nitro for a smooth and creamy mouthfeel. Slainte!
This stout is packed with layers of dark malt character. Cold conditioned on whole coffee beans to give the beer an aroma of freshly brewed coffee that pairs perfectly with the malt. (12 oz. pour)
This English style pale ale is served on nitro to imitate traditional cask service. Rich malt and earthy English hops give this balanced ale a classic pub feel.
Huge helpings of pink guava are added to give this beer its "Pretty in Pink" appearance and bright tropical fruit flavors. Kettle soured for that clean tartness. Loaded with malted wheat and flaked oats alongside a dash of lactose for a full body and round mouthfeel to balance the pucker. (12 oz. pour)
This mixed culture saison was fermented with a combination of saccharomyces and brettanomyces yeast for a funky profile. Notes of bright citrus, black pepper, chrysanthemum, and subtle brett funk. Lightly dry hopped with just a dash of Loral and Galxaxy hops to accentuate the ester-forward yeast profile.
